What is the warranty on JRC products?

JumpRopeCanada.ca offers a lifetime warranty on all our JRC signature handles. If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us within 90 days of receipt.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of jump rope products, we do not offer any returns.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Every JRC product is hand-assembled in Canada. Due to shipping, sometimes items might be damaged or defective, please contact us within 72-hrs from your delivery acceptance to discuss options.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS RETURNED IN THE MAIL?

We use Canada Post (CP) as our primary shipping partner across Canada. Internationally, CP will ship the package and then transfer it to the primary shipping service in the country. After failed delivery attempts, the international shipping service will return the package to our office - please note that this is out of our control. Upon receiving the package, we can re-ship the package to you for an additional fee or provide a refund less the cost of shipping.
